Get Instant Tech Support with the AI Assistant

Forget about scrolling through endless help docs and tutorials or reaching out to tech support. Say hello to the new AI assistant in iSpring Suite, designed to deliver answers to your technical questions about the tool instantly. 

The AI Assistant will offer you step-by-step instructions and helpful links.

With the new AI assistant, you can: 

• Get answers to your technical questions about iSpring Suite’s interface.
• Receive step-by-step instructions on using the tool’s features, from formatting a course slide to creating quizzes or adding voice-overs to your content.
• Find detailed articles from iSpring’s collection of help docs.
• Master the software quickly with personalized support — even if you’re new to the authoring tool.

The AI assistant will provide three relevant questions that you can search for answers to.

All you need to do is open the assistant in the iSpring Suite tab, type in your question, and get expert support right away — this is the ultimate time-saver.

We’ve also upgraded Character Builder. Create a doctor in a crisp lab coat with customizable details for your medical training. Want to add some fun? Bring a playful touch to your courses with Sue and Mingyu in bright overalls, perfect for school or family-focused courses.

Quickly Customize Characters with Content Library Outfit Filters

Character customization is now faster and more intuitive than ever with the new Content Library enhancements! Now, you can quickly find the right outfits and colors without endless scrolling.

You’ll see all of a character’s outfits and can use them in your courses.

Just select a character in iSpring Suite and use the new color filter on the right panel to instantly see all available shades. This update makes it easy to match your brand guidelines or simply find the perfect look in seconds.

Love a character’s style but need a different outfit? Now, you can explore all available options directly from their profile — no need to jump back and forth.

The icon will appear in the top-right corner of their pose if additional outfits are available.
