Reig Jofre is a pharmaceutical company on a mission to make health solutions accessible to everyone. Since 1929, the company has been developing, producing, and marketing a wide range of products, from everyday essentials to advanced treatments. Reig Jofre focuses on three major areas: Pharmaceutical Technologies, Dermatology and Osteoarticular Care, and Consumer Healthcare. 

The company has four development and production centers in Europe, subsidiaries in 8 countries, including Spain, France, Portugal, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Singapore, and 155 business partners in over 70 countries.

Reig Jofre’s Polish branch, based in Warsaw, opened in 2021. We have our own marketing team and sales network specialized in the pharmaceutical market. As Sales Director, I am currently leading a team of close to 40 medical representatives at Reig Jofre Poland. Online training is a big part of our approach to ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in the field.

The Challenge: Build an effective sales department to promote the company’s products to the medical community

Since establishing the branch of Reig Jofre in Poland, the company has been constantly hiring new people to grow and increase product sales. This expansion required a standardized approach to enhance sales employees’ qualifications, including remote hires and field workers. 

Reig Jofre implements a blended training approach by combining regular in-person meetings with online learning for over 40 Medical Representatives. To provide equally high-quality training to both office and remote employees, Krzysztof decided to incorporate a learning management system:

Saving time on creating engaging training materials with iSpring Suite

Putting together effective assessments is not the only way Reig Jofre takes advantage of the iSpring Suite authoring tool. Krzysztof also uses it to create new courses and training modules with videos, tests, and other assets to meet the department’s evolving needs:

“Usually, we try to prepare and deliver a new course for Medical Representatives once a month. I use iSpring Suite to improve training materials, and the process takes little time — the platform is highly intuitive. Recently, we conducted our first training in Pharmacovigilance with iSpring.”
