How can I publish my interaction to the website?
iSpring creates Flash interactions that can be easily uploaded to the web. To embed your interaction in the web page, you need to have access editing facilities of the website.
- Click Publish in iSpring Kinetics main window
- Check the box next to "Generate HTML"
- Click the "Publish" button.
After your interaction is published to Flash (.SWF) file, you will need to 1) upload it to your website and 2) specify your Flash interaction in the source code of the webpage where your Flash movie will be shown by adding a special piece of HTML code. The HTML code is generated automatically by iSpring and looks as follows:
<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="800" height="600" id="MOVIE_NAME.swf" align="middle">
<param name="movie" value="MOVIE_NAME.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="best" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />
<param name="play" value="true" />
<param name="loop" value="true" />
<param name="wmode" value="window" />
<param name="scale" value="showall" />
<param name="menu" value="false" />
<param name="devicefont" value="false" />
<param name="salign" value="" />
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<!--[if !IE]>-->
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="MOVIE_NAME.swf" width="800" height="600">
<param name="movie" value="MOVIE_NAME.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="best" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />
<param name="play" value="true" />
<param name="loop" value="true" />
<param name="wmode" value="window" />
<param name="scale" value="showall" />
<param name="menu" value="true" />
<param name="devicefont" value="false" />
<param name="salign" value="" />
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<!--<![endif]-->
<a href="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash">
<img src="http://www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif" alt="Get Adobe Flash player" />
</a>
<!--[if !IE]>-->
</object>
<!--<![endif]-->
</object>
Please note that the MOVIE_NAME.swf must be replaced by the name of your Flash interaction.
If you would like to have multiple interactions available on the same page, publish them to Flash movies on your computer first and then copy/paste the tag content from each index.html file to the page you choose.
