Holly Owens is a seasoned educator, instructional technologist, and podcast host, committed to designing impactful learning experiences. With over 18 years of experience in education and corporate settings, Holly has a deep passion for educational technology and online learning. She has taught at prestigious institutions like the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and Touro University. Holly also hosts the EdUp L&D Podcast, where she has interviewed over 90 CEOs, Founders, and EdTech innovators.

Tom McDowall works with L&D teams to help them deliver and demonstrate real-world impact through his company, Evolve L&D. Tom is a semi-regular speaker at industry events and conferences and also hosts the Instructional Design Tips YouTube channel. Matt is the founder and Chief Learning Officer at Better Every Day Studios. He began his career as an Air Force Instructor Pilot and then became the Manager of Training and Development for SpaceX. Matt founded Better Every Day Studios to transform the way organizations view Talent Development by building training solutions that solve real business problems.

Susi Miller is an industry-leading expert on accessible and inclusive learning content. She's the founder and director of eLaHub, an organization committed to helping people make all learning and digital content accessible and inclusive. The author of Designing Accessible Learning Content, Susi has over 30 years of L&D experience. Her accessible learning content has been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards.

As Senior Instructional Designer at iSpring, Anna is an ID guru who knows all the tips and tricks to help you improve your courses. She loves breaking big concepts down into digestible information and sharing expert practices with course authors of all levels of skills and experience.

Bobby is the Director of L&D at Jitasa, a company that provides bookkeeping and accounting services for nonprofits. Bobby has built onboarding & manager training programs from scratch at multiple startups & SMBs and trained hundreds of managers.
