Richard Matovu
Educational Technologist at University of Hertfordshire
With 15 years of experience working as a Computing/ICT teacher in a UK secondary school setting, Richard is passionate about eLearning, instructional design, blended learning, and the integration of creative multimedia technologies to support innovative educational practices. He holds a Master’s in Education. Richard’s research focuses on how eLearning technologies, such as interactive multimedia assessment guides, video tutorials, and podcasts, can enhance teaching and learning.


Alexander Laszlo, Ph.D.
Director of Research at the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research
Alexander is President of the Board of Directors of the Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science (BCSSS) and Director of Doctoral Faculty in Sustainability Leadership at Fielding Graduate University. As Professor of Systems Science and Curated Emergence, his research and teaching focus on evolutionary leadership, collaboration, and systems thinking. He has authored over 100 journals, books, and encyclopedia publications.


Clark Aldrich
Managing Partner at Short Sims
Clark has changed the trajectory of education by founding Gartner’s eLearning coverage and jump-starting the adoption of distributed learning by the world’s largest corporations. His research and projects on game-based and simulation-based learning launched education's gamification segment. His work on Short Sims modernizes educational media, equipping students and employees for leadership in a skills-based economy.

With over 25 years of teaching experience and a Master's in Learning and Technology, Frank enhances teaching practices to align with organizational goals. Drawing on his background in pedagogy, andragogy, and geragogy, he tailors learning to meet the diverse needs of learners across generations, cultures, and backgrounds.
