How can I make the HTML5 presentation full screen on an iPad?
An HTML5 presentation can easily be run full screen on your iPad. To hide the address bar of the Safari browser, you’ll need to save a bookmark of a web page with the HTML5 presentation to your Home screen.

Why doesn't audio/video automatically play in an HTML5 presentation on my iPad?
This issue is associated with the specifics of iOS, which only allow on-click loading and playback of the embedded multimedia. This means you need to tap the Play icon to start the loading process. Once the video has loaded, it will start playing automatically.

How is a trial version different from the full version?
The iSpring Converter Pro trial version is identical to the full version in terms of features and the quality of the content it produces. It has only two limitations:
- it is only valid for 14 days
- it adds the iSpring logo at the upper portion of the questions

Why do fonts and styles look different when playing my HTML5 presentation on an iPad?
When you are creating your PowerPoint presentation on Windows OS, styles (i.e. bold, italic) for certain fonts are generated by the OS itself. In this case, the styles of these fonts will not be preserved when your HTML5 presentation is played on an iPad, since iOS can’t reproduce these styles.

Does iSpring Converter preserve fonts and styles of slide notes?
After conversion to HTML5, the font of slide notes will be changed to a default font (Arial). However, iSpring Converter preserves colors, sizes and styles of slide notes.

Why does the iSpring Converter add-in no longer appear in my PowerPoint?
If the iSpring Converter add-in is no longer displaying on your PowerPoint ribbon, it was probably disabled by PowerPoint. To return this add-in to the ribbon, you need to enable it in PowerPoint Options.

Where should I enter the License Key I got after purchase?
After you make a purchase and your order is processed, you should receive an automatic registration email with your license key. To activate your license, you need to follow these steps:
- Install iSpring Converter Pro on your computer and launch it; if you already use the iSpring Converter Pro trial version, you can register that one.
- Go to the iSpring Converter Pro tab and click the Activate button.
- Enter your license key and click Next to proceed with entering Registration Details.
- In the next step, you can specify the user's name and the company name. This information will be displayed in the About window of iSpring Converter Pro.
