My hyperlinks won't open. How do I fix this?
If your hyperlinks are not opening, the issue is likely related to either the security settings of your internet browser, which might be preventing pop-up windows, or your Flash player plug-in settings, which could be blocking you from opening URLs in local Flash files.
-
How can I publish my interaction to the website?
iSpring interactions can be uploaded to the web easily. To embed your interaction in the web page, you need to have access to the editing facilities of the website.
-
Can iSpring interactions be used without integration into an eLearning course?
Yes. When you publish an interaction as an HTML project, iSpring Visuals creates a single file that can be uploaded to your website or emailed.
-
What software do I need to play iSpring-created interactions?
Interactions are published in HTML5 format, which is supported by all modern browsers. So, you don’t need any software — just a browser for this purpose.

Why can't I import my audio files?

- you have specified audio files of iSpring supported file formats: .wav, .wma and .mp3
- your interaction and embedded audio files are located on your local drive (not a network share).
