Designing for Success: Activity and Course Design for the Flipped Classroom

Designing for Success: Activity and Course Design for the Flipped Classroom

Ever been in a situation where your pre-class materials and assignments fell short of your expectations? Instead of fostering lively discussions and idea-sharing, the session becomes a routine of homework checks, revisiting concepts, and bored listeners. The good news is that you can avoid these with the right approach.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Strategies for structuring courses that connect pre-class preparation with in-class activities
  • Techniques for designing pre-class materials to motivate learners across various disciplines and skill levels
  • Ways to create in-class activities that engage and drive meaningful results
