Versatile grading system in On-The-Job Training
We are introducing a new feature that allows you to create customized rating scales, empowering you to gain deeper insights into an employee's performance against the specified criteria. By simplifying the assessment process, this feature enhances the reliability of results for On-the-Job sessions. To get started, simply create a name for your scale, outline the levels, and allocate points accordingly. Now you’re ready to begin!
Additionally, you have the flexibility to select different scales for evaluating various criteria within a single observation checklist, tailoring the assessment to your specific needs.
Unenrollment and other improvements in training sessions
Employees can now easily unenroll or reschedule their training sessions early on to attend training at the best time.
Managers can now get a clear view of attendance numbers in advance, plan more effectively, and cut down on unnecessary event management costs.
iSpring Learn is now integrated with CourseBoost
Schedule and run virtual meetings in CourseBoost directly from your LMS! Allow learners to access VILT sessions directly from the iSpring Learn calendar and monitor attendance statistics through comprehensive LMS reports.
This integration is available at no cost for all iSpring Learn users with a paid subscription to CourseBoost.

Meet iSpring Learn in Swedish
iSpring Learn is now available in Swedish! You can change the language both for admin and user portals in the LMS. We’re confident this update will provide an even more comfortable user experience for customers and facilitate their smooth transition to eLearning.
Work statuses for employees
Set work statuses for employees, so colleagues know where a particular employee is and when to expect them back. For example: on vacation, sick leave, or on a business trip. This facilitates the scheduling of meetings — simply check a colleague's profile and schedule a meeting for a time when they’ve returned.

Changing the expiration dates for certificates
The Account Owner and Administrator can go into the employee's profile and change the date that the current certificate should expire in the Learner's Achievements tab. Department Administrators and custom roles can only do this for users in their visibility zone.
It is possible to change the expiration date for all valid certificates across all types of content.
