Column Resizing in Tables
Now, course authors can resize columns in tables in the built-in authoring tool to fit their content and enhance readability. Just drag the column border to adjust the layout and improve readability.
The New Interface Language: Lithuanian
Now you can easily navigate the platform in Lithuanian! Enjoy a more intuitive experience and conduct training in your native language.
Improved OJT Sessions: Attachments & Location Tracking
On-the-job training is now easier to document. Supervisors can confirm an observer's presence at the training session through accurate location tracking. Observers can also take a photo and attach it to the observation checklist — a surefire way to ensure compliance and accountability.

The Microsoft Entra ID Integration
iSpring Learn now integrates with Microsoft Entra ID. You no longer need to manually add new users or remove former employees — all data updates automatically. Administrators can also restrict access to all services using Microsoft Entra ID.
The New “People” Section
With larger employee photos and an improved search engine, it’s now easier than ever to find colleagues and put names to faces. It’s a great way to help new and remote employees feel connected and get to know the team.

Tags in the Knowledge Base
Group content by topic using tags! Employees can now search by tag and see only the content they have access to. Different background colors make tags easy to spot.
Table improvements
You can now merge cells and freeze the first row, or highlight it to create a table header — making your tables look professional and easier to analyze. Available in Pages and Knowledge Base articles.

Enhanced image markup in Pages
Before, you could only crop images. Now, you can add text, rectangles, and arrows! This update is available in Pages, News, Quizzes, and the Knowledge Base.
