Making a Purchase

  • What are your invoice payment terms?

    Our invoice payment terms are as follows:

    1. Standard Terms: Upon receipt of the invoice, payment is due.

    2. Early Payment Option: We also offer 2/10 Net 30 terms. This means that you have the choice to pay within 30 days or take advantage of a 2% discount by paying within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

    Please Note: If your company's payment terms extend beyond Net 30, we may increase the fees.
  • What happens if my payment is late?
    If payment is not made by the due date, iSpring will be entitled to receive the amount due plus a late payment charge at the rate under applicable law on all amounts that are not paid on or before the due date.
  • What is the order delivery time?

    All iSpring Products are delivered electronically. Here's the delivery timeline:

    • Online Payments: License details are typically emailed within one business day, but often arrive even faster.

    • Check or Bank Transfer Payments: Details will be sent after we receive your payment, which may take up to two weeks.

  • Do I make a onetime payment or do I pay periodically?
    We offer a subscription-based model for iSpring products. This model requires annual payments.
  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?
    While we prefer bank transfers or ACH payments, we're certainly open to using Purchase Orders in specific cases. Feel free to reach out to us for our detailed bank information, and if necessary, we can always generate an invoice at your request.

    Please keep in mind that special discounts won't apply to Purchase Orders.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept online payments via credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we accept wire transfers. Please contact us for detailed bank information. We can always provide you with an invoice on request.
  • Do you charge taxes on iSpring Products?
    iSpring Product prices do not include any national, state, or local sales tax, use tax, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), digital services tax (DST), or other tax (“Local Tax”).

    If and when iSpring has the legal obligation to collect such taxes, iSpring will invoice you the amount of such taxes. You will need to pay this amount unless you provide iSpring with a valid Local Tax number (e.g. VAT ID) or/and a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by an appropriate taxing authority.

    iSpring reserves the right to use any e-Commerce reseller, such as PayPro Global, as its commissioner to invoice you, iSpring remains your counterparty.
    You bear the sole responsibility for any withholding tax liabilities, and no deductions shall be made by you from the amount payable to iSpring or PayPro Global under any invoice.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, we have volume discounts for iSpring Suite, starting with the 3-seat license purchase. Volume discounts are all about getting more for your money — the more iSpring Suite licenses you purchase, the less each one costs. Check out the pricing here.

    Please note that volume discounts cannot be combined with educational, governmental, or non-profit discounts.

  • Can I get an educational discount on iSpring software?

    Yes, we provide an educational discount for iSpring Suite to the following groups of customers:

    • Enrolled K-12 and higher education students

    • Employed teachers, faculty, and staff members

    Special offers cannot be combined with educational discounts. To take advantage of an educational discount, please fill out this form and we will get back to you soon. You will then need to verify your valid academic status.

    Please note that we do not offer educational discounts for iSpring Learn LMS.

  • Are discounts available for non-profit organizations?

    Yes, we offer discounts for iSpring Suite for qualified non-profit organizations. To purchase a Non-Profit License, please mention that you represent a non-profit to your iSpring sales rep or fill out this form, and we will get back to you soon. You will then be asked to provide proof of your organization’s non-profit status.

    To qualify for an non-profit iSpring license, organizations in the US must be qualified as §501(c)(3) organizations or specific §509 organizations, as defined by the United States Revenue Code. If your company is outside the United States, you must provide us with an equivalent document issued by the country where your company is legalized.

    Please note that we do not offer non-profit discounts for iSpring Learn LMS.

  • Are government discounts available?

    Yes, we offer discounts for iSpring Suite to governmental organizations. Special offers cannot be combined with government discounts

License Activation and Management

  • Can I transfer a license from one computer to another?

    Yes, if the license will be used by the same person. Each license can be activated on only one computer. So, to use your license on another computer, you will first need to deactivate it on the computer from which you will move the license.

    If you want to move the license or reinstall it, please follow these steps:

    Uninstall the product on the computer from which you will move the license.

    1. Choose Deactivate the license on this computer during the uninstallation.

    2. Install the product on another computer.

    3. Activate it.

    FYI: If you have already activated the program on a computer and uninstalled it without deactivating it, you can easily reinstall and then uninstall it with deactivation.

  • What is an iSpring Account?
    Your iSpring Account is your personalized hub for managing all things related to your iSpring products. It's where you can access your license keys, renew your subscription, reach out to our support team, and more. Check out our help docs to learn more.
  • Where can I see and manage my subscriptions?
    You can see the licenses you've purchased as well as trial versions in your iSpring Account on our website.
  • How can I access my account?
    Your iSpring account login info will be sent to your email address after you purchase an iSpring Suite license. You can also access it from iSpring Cloud and iSpring Learn. Please note that it should not be confused with credentials for the iSpring Learn portal. If you can't find the email with the iSpring account password, reset your password on the website or contact iSpring support to get help.

  • What technical support is provided with iSpring products?

    Technical support is provided for all clients with an active subscription plan. Depending on the product and your license type, you will receive the following support at no additional charge: 

    • With an active iSpring Suite Max, iSpring Learn LMS, or iSpring Market subscription, you will have 24/7 support via phone, email, and chat. 

    • With an active subscription to the iSpring Suite authoring toolkit or one of its standalone tools (iSpring QuizMaker, iSpring Converter Pro, iSpring Cam Pro, iSpring River, iSpring Page, and iSpring Flip), you will have email ticket support.

    Users with an active subscription can update their software at no additional cost. iSpring Suite lifetime license holders can upgrade the toolkit to the latest version and get a year of support for an additional fee. To check the price to upgrade, please visit our Upgrade Center.
  • How do I upgrade to the latest version?

    If you’re using iSpring Suite or the iSpring Learn LMS, you will get all updates for free while your subscription is active.

    If you have an outdated version of iSpring Suite, you can get the latest version at a reduced price. Plus, there are special discounts available for government, educational, and non-profit organizations.

Trial or Evaluation Licenses

  • What is meant by a trial or evaluation license?
    If available, iSpring Software Products may be activated and used free of charge on a trial or evaluation basis. The trial or evaluation version of iSpring Software Products may be used solely for the purpose of demonstration, internal testing, examination, and evaluation of the Software during the Trial Period unless You purchase a license, typically in the form of a subscription, for the Software.
  • How long is the Trial Period?
    You may use the Software for 14 days or another period, as specified by iSpring’s terms online or agreed upon in writing.
  • Why is the content created during the Trial Period watermarked?
    The content You create during the Trial Period will be watermarked. iSpring uses watermarks as a protective measure for the purpose of preventing unlicensed use of the Software during the Trial Period. Prior to publishing any content, You can review Your projects in "Preview" mode, in which case the watermark is clearly visible.
  • Does iSpring provide Support services during the Trial Period?
    iSpring will provide You with basic maintenance and support services for the Software during the Trial Period in accordance with its standard practices and iSpring Maintenance and Support Terms.

  • I wasn't charged sales tax before. Why now?

    Tax laws for online sales have changed due to the recent Supreme Court Decision. iSpring makes every reasonable effort to comply with the law whenever it applies.

  • Can I submit a tax exemption certificate so I do not have to pay sales tax on iSpring purchases?
    Yes, tax-exempt buyers such as charitable entities and resellers can submit tax exemption certificates to iSpring and make purchases without paying tax. If you are a tax-exempt buyer, send it to your account manager. After your tax-exempt status is confirmed, you will not be charged sales tax when you order from us.
  • How much is sales tax?

    iSpring automatically computes the sales tax on products based on applicable State guidelines. The actual tax amount will be shown during "Checkout" after you fill out your billing address.

    Even if your purchase is not subject to sales tax, you may be required to pay Use Tax.

    Use tax is similar to sales tax. The difference is who pays the tax to the state.

    • Sales Tax is collected and remitted to the state by the seller.
    • Use tax is paid directly to the state by the buyer.

    When you buy something over the internet or other remote means, and the seller does not collect sales tax, it does not mean the purchase is tax-free. If you live in a state that has a sales tax, you may be required to report the purchase and pay use tax.
