He is a Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines and holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems, an MBA with a major in Marketing Management, and is currently completing his Master of Arts in Education with a major in Educational Management. Jogen is also the author of the book "The eLearning Rudder: 6 Steps for a Successful eLearning Development.
